What Fades

Until It Truely Disappears.

"The ring around your heart shines

 within the glowing pool of doubts.

 Reflections of what once was haunts

 the scars that wave goodbye again.

 Tracking down ghosts that are not there

 make the desperation click furthermore.

 Hoping to encounter closed doors opens

 forgotten moments in the distant cold light.

 Gathering the facts that bring clues which

 fear consumed the ability to welcome hope.

 Struggle within and the mirror cries for you

 as the truth runs away with the way into love.

 Holding the effect to deside what's next

 determines the passage to a new beginning. 

 Now walk out side with emotions that steps 

 into what fades from pain's sorrowful view.

 Walk with loneliness or run away with hope

 to fade into love or swim in despair smiling."

The concept is intriguing and... haunting if you will. With a refreshing touch out redemption. I truly love this poem and the much bigger picture behind the words.
Also, that your stanza's were only two verses long. Interesting structure to be reading.

Although interesting to read, it felt a touch choppy. No, not all poems need a rhyme scheme, however, some sort of rhyme scheme helps the poem flow easier and keeps the reader reading "comfortably".
And that's my only critique: rhyme scheme or syllable pattern.
