I agree with the contrast and how you conveyed it with such poetic flair. An enjoyable read. I think my fave stanza is the second one. Just two teeny weeny tidbits as far as my personal reading and the rythm as I was going along: I Keep Reaching For Someone Like You Who Is So Rare. "Is" could be taken out without missing anything. ?? Just a very small thought. Other than that, beautiful writing.
