I like it. it embraces the fact that love is a gamble. Toss of a coin ... cards in a hat ... my God woman ... I know how YOU spent your teen years. What would I tweak? I might change the line:

"It comes to that..."

to say

"It comes down to that..."

for the sake of meter, but that's about it. Otherwise ... to my ear ... this is spot on.
