BattleField

The battle rages on from the inside.

The battle rages on and on

As my eyes see no dawn

All they see are blood cut and tears

My hands are shaking in the thought of fear

I can only wonder how I got here

For my mind is at a haze 

And I feel like I'm lost nowadays

This battle is one of a kind

For it's all in my mind

I wrote this because we all have times were we're in a dark spot in our minds and we can't get out.

I can totally relate to this. I have endless conversations with my mother because she says I'm not happy and I tell her that I don't know what's wrong. This explains how I feel, it's just a constant war I'm winning and losing at the same time. Great poem!
