Author's Note

Okay so if you don't feel like reading this you don't have to but I'm just warning you that I'm gonna go into a very long rant. Okay so as you can tell from the words and the description this song is about my boyfriend who didn't want to take me to prom because I was too young. He's a junior and I'm a freshman, and apparently freshmen aren't allowed to go to prom. He also informed me that Sophomores aren't allowed to go either, as if that would make me feel better. So yeah let's start from the beginning of the story. One night we were hanging out in his room and out of no where he just casually asks me "So is it alright if I take Derek to prom with me?" and I really didn't know what he was talking about because as far as I knew, his friend Derek had a girlfriend. And Doug was just like " Screw his girlfriend because I want to go with him" It was weird hahaha. I didn't really know what to say so I just said no :P And then.... -_- Doug says "Well then can I bring this girl from Spanish named LJ?" -_- Apparently he already asked her during class by getting down on one knee and asking her to prom... Like arreeeee you kidding me? Who tells their girlfriend that they asked a different girl to prom and wonders why she's not okay with that? Ugh I was pissed beyond belief! I started like flipping out at him and all he said after that was "Well, I mean, I guess I can take you, but my friends are gonna make fun of me" Ughhhh sorry this is pissing me of just thinking about it ahah! So yeah I was just like "um okay?" and he immediately changed the subject. I tried bringing it back up because I was really pissed off and he was just like "ugh, let's not talk about this" and for weeks after that every time I saw him he would bring it up non stop. *sigh* Sorry just really pissed off right now haha!
