Ruby

Ruby

A Chapter by Leap

                               Such sucking on my lip
                               could never get old

                The shades, the colors
the things you kiss with leave behind.

             The more I look,
The more I want to lock you in the house.

O yes, Ruby, I wait for you.

                            Sometimes I stare so hard
                                   I forget your name,

but I refuse to call you nothing
                                    while you kiss me.

If it wasn't for those things you bruise me with,
I guess I never would've called you Ruby.

O yes, Ruby, I wait for you.

"Sometimes I stare so hard I forget your name, but I refuse to call you nothing while you kiss me." That is my favorite line from this. I am jealous of how well you use your white space, hopefully you will teach me one day.
