Depression

This is to my friends and people I know

People talk alot about depression
It's like an obsession
It swallows you up and takes away all your pride
It makes you just want to stay indoors and hide
I don't suffer from this
But it starts to take the piss
When your friends go through this struggle
All the way want is positivity and a cuddle
People say come on just snap out of it
It's not that easy its pulls you down like your in a sand pit
People need to realise it's an illness and it is serious
I just want to say I will always help and support and people may think I'm delirious
But seeing people go from being Strong and proud
And now they struggle getting there chin off the ground
Is heartbreaking to see
