I wish I could sleep forever

Let the dreams overtake me

Let the fear be gone

And have peace find a way to my soul

 

I wish I wasn't the daughter

No one deserves to have

The fear in your mind at night

The worry that digs the deepest hole

 

I wish I could find my smile

I left it back somewhere

I'll come back when I get it

I'll come home with a heart thats full.
