It's been so long
16 years ago, I was still a child
Your pampered little princess

And I got tons of stories to tell
Like how I met my first love
And got my heart broken apart
Like how I slay high school
And made it into honor roll
Like how does it feel
To walk on graduation rites
With only Mom at my side

I'm getting older
5 years or more, I'll be marrying
Soon I'll have a family
And a prince and princess of my own
I'll be telling them stories of you and Mom
The best fairy tale I've ever heard
And about their precious little princess
Who will be a queen of her own

I keep on missing you
I keep on remembering you
