Glass Wall

If only this glass wall didn't exist, then I could hold you in my arms with bliss...

can you see me

inside that pixilated screen?

or hear me

with that stereo little thing?

all the words I typed

did they reach you?

 

this space between us

just less than 2 inches from you

still feel so far away

 

this glass wall

that separates us two

if only I could break it

just to be with you

 

but our world will never meet

like parallel lines

could not intersect

and only through this monitor

we could see each other

again
