Black Rose

Black Rose

A Poem by Ki
"

One side of the world

"
Oh my dear black rose
You've seen it all
You know all of the pain
And revenge
And lying
The misery
The sorrow
The suffering
The agony
That man has had forever
You do not know of the good in the world
People do love
And care
It can be quite beautiful
But you would never know
You know too much
Too much, perhaps
That you won't go on
You will never experience
The beauty the world has to offer
God didn't make our world full of pain
We did
Man created pain
But when we see the world as it was truly intended to be
We can find great joy
But you
Would never know that
Would you?

This describes the opposite of "White Rose" very well! While reading this, I was thinking about depression. (As you know I went through not too long ago). I loved this part the most:
"God didn't make our world full of pain
We did
Man created pain..."
And all the way to the end. Oh, there was just one typo that doesn't really matter, but just so ya know, in the line "God didn't make our world full IF pain". If should probably be of. That's really insignificant though. I really liked this poem as well.
