Reacquainted Love

Reacquainted Love

A Story by DIANE J.T.
"

A small piece of a larger picture something I was playing around with, hope you all enjoy. let me know what you think

"
Look into my eyes love, let me relearn your nature,
feels good to know that you could still reveal you inner child to me after all this time,
time has aged us but when you touch me I am reminded of my youth: virgin again:
With our song playing in the background and your provoking touch, my mind wanders to the nights we shared entangled in one another and mornings spent waking each other in the most enthusiastic ways. My mind refocuses with clear resolve when your touch evolves into sweet kisses on my neck, soft like i'm breakable, if memory serves right  you never use to kiss me like this, your deep whispers then  confirm what your kisses
already confessed " I've missed you." Although I gathered that before you said it your words still sent a chill down my spine,
when you removed yourself from me a breeze of cold air came through along with a small thought "we broke up for a reason"
canceled by another while you take your shirt off "but this isn't one of them." You lean back in and proceeded to fuse our bodies together like  two wax cubes in a wax pot on high heat. An hour later, we lay back staring at that ceiling I try to focus on the texture paint to prevent myself from looking at your vibrating phone and noticing who is calling you. I think we are both attempting to accomplish the same thing until you had to say it " I'm sorry  I didn't come back for you. "
