Dear God

 

My heart is weak

These endless days are not so sweet

Each one is a mountain

I can see the peak

 

In the valley I'm stuck wondering

How You could love me

Your Son died in my place

And I've been so ugly

 

Teach me to learn, oh God of my soul

Help me to have self control

All of my faults, my sins and my scars

Are weighing me down inside of my heart

 

But You are the One who heals and forgives

You are the King of all that lives

lord, guide me in Your righteousness

Today my life to You I give
