Dynasty

Dynasty

A Poem by Ana B.
"

a wee dramatic old scribble

"

Between the clouds maker

And the master of shadows

The army of sky breakers

Release their night-dipped arrows

So that in the forgotten realms

Some light will shine

And the daughters of wars

Some corners of peace could find

Some sketches of hope…

A balm for their shadow kissed soul

The magic that a fantasy can evoke

To erase all that the darkness stole

No legions of faith and armies of moonlight

Can do it for us…

Cause only we can find the hidden delight

And the edges of this eternal contrast…

Through Devil’s eyes

Our soul is corrupt with stealth,

But no matter how hard we try

The truth unravels by itself.

the devil is always there...the evil side...yet through introspection we can figure out what is right...there will always be that conflict and uncertainty...we handle it the best we can.
and eventually the truth will unravel...and we will figure it all out.

Wise and true, thank you Jacob.
Beautiful piece, as always! You gave a very artistic touch to this poem, it flows beautifully.
Also i think the choice of words was brilliant.
Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Thank you very much Maumil :)
Very much enjoyed this piece, thank you for sharing. Are you eluding to the forgotten realms fantasy world in stanza two, or just speaking generally to forgotten realms?
