Feeling Numb

Really short poem, can anyone geuss the meaning hehe

Lately I've been feeling dread,

As I pondered in my bed;

Is it all in my head?

This feeling of being dead?

At first I was thinking this is a poem about depression, then I read Lindsey's comment and I have to agree, It really does sound like that. Short but to the point.

Frank but cute. I thought of it as someone laying in a coffin fingers folded thinking it all out. I like it nice flow.
