...Who Loved Me.

...Who Loved Me.

A Poem by Andrew Nightingale
"

More rambling poetry to get my feelings out. :/

"

…Who Loved Me

A form of suicide you have committed.

Your fear and guilt you have admitted, to me.

So close and so far away.

Why couldn’t you just stay?

A little longer.

I thought we would have more time to spend.

But now the tears will have to mend

This scar on my soul

Trying to make me whole, once more.

Is it easier to say that you’re dead?

So I can get you out of my head.

Because if you’re still around,

Walking and wanting to be found.

It’s just a ghost of the past I see.

Not you and not the person who loved me.
