Not in disgust.

Not in disgust.

A Poem by ZeeDeeVille

Come dance today
come swing
come play
Wake up sullen soul
Put your wrist away
Today is not your day
Put the silver blade away
Take your mask off
Cast it away
be lost in an everlasting sway
Be the poet that you want
Share the feelings that you get
If you sit and let them walk on you
It will be something to regret
So tell the world you're different
Tell the world your you
The silver blade won't listen
Your future is up to you
Tell them the music you listen to
Tell them you like swing
Tell them all your not into labels
Listen to whatever you please
Life shouldn't be a popularity race
It shouldn't be skin deep
He gave you your life for a reason
He wanted you to spread your own wings
So shout off the highest mountain
Tell them all what you mean
When you say "I like the things I like"
I love my looks
I love me
