Into each life some rain must fall.

RAIN

The rain slips from her fingers

like lost hope inside her heart

one by one they fall like diamonds

shattering the pieces of her soul

Love like rain slips from her grasp

unable to hold on she is aware

that it won't wash away the pain

as the rain continues falling...falling

The rain slips from her fingers

ending it all beneath her feet

It's beautiful..... the pain is palpable in your words.... rain like lost hope and love that we have no power over....loved this one..... I love rain too because we can cry freely in it...and not worry if anyone will notice our tears..... :)
