Wondering About You

Poem (sad-love) I haven't revised it yet.

Starring up with blank eyes

lacking in words

but only waiting for their meaning to strike you

A dark black shirt

Faded jeans

You seem distracted, glancing over at me

I watch you silently 

Through the corner of my eye

Hoping I don't show the tears I want to cry

I wonder why

I always come too late

Too afraid to meet my fate

I look down at the pencil in my hand

and wonder if you'd understand
