A ZONKIE?

Cross between a zebra and a donkey.

A  ZONKIE?

I saw a tiny animal
In back of grandad's barn.
With face so cute and feet so small,
I knew he'd do no harm.

I asked my grandad what it was
Or what it's meant to be.
He said he is a zonkie dear...
As sweet as he can be!

A zebra and a donkey...well,
They fell in love one day.
When they were wed beside the oak,
This zonkie came to stay!

Yes, stranger things have happened so
I guess I'm not surprised.
When love is whispered in the night
Sweet things are realized!
