LET ME IN

LET ME IN

A Poem by Miss Sharon
"

Wishing to leave this world and enter in to the next.

"
LET ME IN

When will all the sadness end?
I have lost my dearest friend.
Life is difficult at best...
Every day is such a test.

********

Please dear Father take me home.
Where I'll worship at Your throne.
I've not been the steward's best...
But I'm ready for a rest.

********

You have given all for me,
Yet I'm ready to be free
From a world so filled with sin.
Please dear Father...Let me in!

Sadly, this is achingly good Miss Sharon .. and I hope it gets the air time it so very much deserves .. and my word, besides the unmistakable message that underpins those perfectly pitched & poemed words, the aesthetics are something else too .. Neville

my dear... You've touched me in my heart and made my tears flow. when someone is facing something unbearable, they alone know the burden.... it's not about losing faith or being weak. it is about the need to rest, to be at peace. much harder... when the world everyday is becoming more uglier.

I wish You a heart filled with peace and lights, may You never feel loneliness, may Angels keep their company with You and touch You with tenderness and grace 🤍

Thanks Ken for your kind response to this write. ~Sharon
A well written write , so much suffering today while man concentrates on more weapons of destruction. You have to question a lot of things as the scars of man add up.
