Easy on the Eyes... Creating my Demise...  

I stopped for awhile... He smiled and winked  

His Baby Blues and I knew I would be in His Arms 

before the Sun Set ... knowing that it was written 

in the Stars our lives would be entwined for  

many many Moons...

My hubby has baby blues. Lol, they'll get you every time! Funny, my eyes are different colors, one's blue green and the other is a light brown with a hint of hazel in it, and yet my son's eyes are dark brown. My mom had green eyes and my dad had brown, so I guess it's a mutation of both.

Does your husband read your poetry, and know it was written for him? What a pleasure that must be!

This was a beautiful poem that gave me good vibe and created a lovely romantic scene in my head!

The only criticism I could give might not even be criticism, if it is a style choice.

I wonder why you capitalized lots of words in the poem that weren't at the start of the line, such as ''His Arms' and 'Creating my Demise'.

dearest Lisa in Spain… your Review is a Gift today… just yesterday I gathered pale pink and white Lillies with lots of Buds to slowly open in our Sun-lit Home. Our Grocery Store Wegmans has a wonderful Open Florist setting to Choose from. There are Snap Dragons and Hydrangea along with many Roses and so forth. They do well in our Home about one a month or so… usually to celebrate family Birthdays when they Visit to surprise and delight their senses. We moved into a two story home four gears ago with all the Bedrooms upstairs with large Picture Windows nestled in the Trees.. tall Pines and Maples with Crepe Myrtles that flower through Autumn. Lisa. Your Guft if kind words is very Special to me. We have the Rappahannock River running through our City of Fredericksburg. Virginia. ❤️ love across the Waves… Be Blessed… Pat
