preparing us for the Cornucopia of Blessings... 

when Prayers of Thanksgiving ascend to

Your Thanksgiving holiday will soon arrive. Your words gift me beautiful autumn colour. This year we grew our own pumpkins. We carved them for Halloween lanterns and made delicious soup. No pumpkins left to catch the early frost. It is getting cooler here by the day and the light is fading by late afternoon. Cosy times ahead dear Pat with family. Sending love across the pond.

der Chris... Our COOP Store made spicy Pumpkin Soup and it was delicious... a bit more theatrical than Pumpkin Pie. A few Poets sell their smaller versions of Poetry Paper Backs and sometimes we meet a Poet for a special Hour or so. The Coop has Organic foods and local fruits when they are in Season. I love Halloween lanterns.... and lightening bugs. I appreciate your review. hugs, Pat

Yes. My poor flower bed looks ravaged and distraught after the frosts. All the marigolds are dry and dull. When everything dies above ground I'll clear it away for next Spring. Hopefully my gladiolus bulbs will survive the winter. I enjoyed the read.

Could someone tell me how I make a complaint to the sun gods, because it ain't shining through what feels like a million miles of rain clouds in these here parts!!!
I think the sun has went into sleep mode as I can't remember the last time I saw it! 😊
I'd much rather have your view please because if I ain't looking at cloud, it's pitch black night we're looking at here for 18 hours of the day!!!
I put my hand up to try touch my nose this morning... I poked myself in the eye instead! 😊

Your words will carry me through the day as we travel to a doctors appointment with apprehension… I have had tests and now surgery may be the ultimate way to keep death at Bay… Since our ancestors are from the same Country… I pray that the Autumn colors will paint a picture of complete recovery. dearest Dave… you have given me the Light that will guide my day as I will meet the Surgeon who may save my life with her expertise when the date is set for surgery to give me a chance to enjoy the Seasons of Spirit and Goodwill. Our Pumpkins are placed on Pedestals for Passersby’s to encounter as they drive by on their Horse-drawn power vehicles. dearest Neville… we live in a community that has not been hit with the insanity of Violence. So far Autumn has been peaceful. Although the Wind has tossed and turned at night like a Nightmare that has just begun. I had to pull the tomato vines and flowers that faded into bundles…. Only the Pumpkins were smiling from the Kaleidoscope of wonder. The frost on the Pumpkins is a sign that Winter winds will bring Ice cycles and Frozen Ponds where Swans once sang their Song. Your presence is a delight in the early morning Sunrise Lavender glow. softly, Pat
