Nin_Amour

A Poem by Pax Analog
"

Anima as Au d'Anais.

"

elixir of anais nin

flows in your

veins l'amour

marrow of filigreed

fire infuses your

treasured lyric

lines of gold

your luscious curves

flow out from the soul

of an angel in a strange land

your lush scarlet lips

kiss the promise

of the rose's rise

from a prelude of frost

your dewy-eyed

yearning draws

this sojourner

across the wilderness

of forgotten sighs

First, I can't believe I never found this poem among your writings. You've been leading a whole other secret life. To say I love this does not began to describe my feelings.

It is dreamy, ethereal and it plays like a song spinning over and over again in my head. It is as if Leonard Cohen and Jim Morrison sat down and collaborated on one perfect love song. So, yes, I love this and wonder why we don't see more of this from you?

" this sojourner across the wilderness of forgotten sighs" Words one would whisper to a lover as they shared a pillow.

Namaste ... yes, I bow to you learned master.

Oh, the elixir of Anais Nin...so sweet with her words, who could not find her and this wonderful poem alluring.

im impresed by your use of word choice very uniqe. i think it was french in the begining which is perfect for how beautiful written this poem is, very simple yet so compicated. you can really sense the emotion coming out of the words. i really enjoyed reading not only this poem but some of your other poems as well. i would very much appreciate it if you could look over a couple of my poems if you have a little time. your reveiw would really interest me, and teach me more then you could know. thanks so much for this peice of work, not only for my own pleasure but the expansion of poetry in general.

cant wait to read more

simile and alliteration always do things to my insides...with work like this i feel less a grain and more selfish for the thought...an amazing write that transcends the subjectivity of my personal preference...

I had to reread the whole thing slowly to understand the whole prosing... It's like reading a piece from the early 1900's in France... A real quick, yet slow soothing expression...

Other than that, it's a real interesting read...
