We Are Stars

We Are Stars

A Poem by Payton ThaProphet

I am but a star..
My luminous traits installed in the heavens..
Bleeding light down upon all creation within eye-shot..
My days and nights run together, my measurement of time is infinite..
Relaxed and warm in this heavenly bed, this heavenly body is spiritually fed..
From beginning to end I span existence, until my turn to slide comes up..
Down the astral plane I go..
The force of the breath of the life down below..
Again here to walk my planet in mortality, my thoughts of the truth of my being a memory.
