Being Let Down

Walking in the rain

Is a subtle camouflage

To disguise my tears

That fog and rain hide much, blurring our pain and what a passerby might otherwise see. Another piece of art, words and image.

The rain and tears. A needed combination my friend. Thank you Phill for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.

You are welcome Phill.
Superb senryu. Powerful and truthful with it. I cry in the shower. Walking and crying in the rain is even better. No one can tell the difference between tears and raindrops splashing down your face. Fabulous Phill.
