Letting your guard fall your face is exposed

Exposing a natural beauty so pure

Surrendering your most darkest secrets

Saddened by the cruelness of this place

Bare faced and now your soul is set free

Emptying your body from your soulless demons

Accepting and ready to re-discover yourself

Understand you are beautiful inside and out

That no matter what happens

You will survive...

Love the many levels of this one... The masks we wear on the outside, on the inside. And what is scarier? To be seen, to remain unseen? To expose all that we are through words, actions, emotions is a gamble we must take at some point. For me this entire writing in can be summed up in this powerful line: "Bare faced and now your soul is set free". It's just perfect...
