Optimism and School

Sorting out some thoughts through writing.

I just read my status message on another website that I just changed a few minutes ago to:

SCHOOL! new people, different classes, a whole nother year of experience to face

Going back and re-reading it I realise that in my life, optimism is digging a hole for itself.

School won't be all that exciting and different, I will still hang out with the same people, my classes may be different but all the teachers have a pretty bad attitude, and experience? Another word for torture in this game called life.

Some may disagree. Well then that's fine. They can say whatever they want.

Now. I just realised that I am being extremely pessimistic about school now.

Scratch all that.

I'm not excited for school, I'm excited to be around other people. Humans that don't live under the same roof as I do.

I get it now!

I miss my friends and want to get a break from the family! No wonder I was so excited about school..
