Drop Soaked the Dry

Drop Soaked the Dry

A Poem by Raja
"

Rain as desire...

"

In preview of some ideals " as not off-seen

That it tells thousands of memories lost, and patience gained

When it steams up the need to have rain,

Maybe like flood, maybe not…

‘Cause ‘tis a desert

Though some say, ‘it needs green, for all seasons’

In picture of good fantasy

With meek desire set to harvest the cloud

In search of ocean-full rhyme " let’s plough the field

As it is not any other moorland;

Let’s create wonder with green, fruits, lives, and stocks aloud

Rain came, engulfed the need bit by bit

Still, some say, ‘it needs rain, for deep reason’

For as though it fills air with cold blow what takes your

Breath nose under the knit

For as it shines another sparkle

You feel it was not rain that you sought, but something in vein

Something that quivers

Something that hymns

The day of lust shall never be just one time

May it stop the say, ‘it needs rain without a brain’

Now simply ask the moorland

That, it seems, heaves sigh of relief

Are you happy for what’s taken place?

And there comes the answer "

‘Miles to go to feel, if it is really a rain’!
