Depression

Depression

A Poem by Raven Hawthorne

Break my body but leave my soul,
I can take a beating,
i can deal a dance with death,
but my soul is precious,
it can't take much more of this.

break my heart by leave my soul
acid drip from my fingertips,
lands in shards on the floor.
body's fallen into sadness
glory and wonder is no more.
