Guiltiness

Guiltiness

A Poem by Nathaniel Williams

In frustration punching the wall building calcium in my knuckles swearing to myself this is what you call slave labour standing around where time feels as if It's not passing any quicker. Eyes flickering ready to shut from sleepiness nights. I really rarely take the time to view the priorities I should be following to show moral grounds. Setting an example how to conduct yourself as a person to my seven and five year old daughter and my eight year old son. That's where I see the lack of discipline in my role as a father. I should be stepping up to my responsibilities, my wife shows both roles in this household.
