Appearance: scared from stab wounds, bullets wounds, and hard hits.

Body type: Built, Large muscle mass. (compared to an actor I think that guy from crank)

skills: Expert Marksman, quick gun drawing, Boxing, music

Powers: Inkinesis (i made that up haha) Ex. controls the tattoos on his body

Story: Once a Family man from Texas, and a gun show preformer. Isaiah soon became known widly as being the modern day wild bill for having the quickest draw and best aim that could wow anyone. Isaiah's life changed when he stopped a gang from robbing a store. The gang known as the Texas Outlawz were not known for just letting things go. The gang killed Isaiah's family but not without Isaiah shooting down a few himself. Heck was sentenced years in the state jail for homicide. How he got his powers and what happen from then is a story for another day.
