I love you,
i wish you knew,
how much it was true...

You were my friend,
I thought you'd be here till the end,
my heart will never mend...

Now I'm Gone,
never again to see dawn,
I fly away, graceful as a swan...

Goodbye, Farewell,
My body rebels,
as my soul is torn from it's well...

I Loved you like a sister,
lover and a wife...
so here is where I thank you,
for taking my life...

I feel like this poem was vague and reminiscent until the end, like you were thinking back and remembering in a serene way, even though this poem is packed with hurt. Although it has simple rhymes, they work well for this poem. Nice job!
