Wake Me Up

Monsters stalk me through the night

and fill me with such fright

 

I kneel down and pray

for the night to become day

Angels I want to see

I want them to come save me

 

Make it leave my mind

it is very unkind

I do not want this dream

it causes me to scream

 

I want to be in reality

I do not want imaginary

I want to see day

and have no more dismay

 

So someone please!

Wake me up from this horrid dream!
