Pain

I don't know anymore

every things so confusing

I feel like I failed yo this time

it feels like someone ripped my heart out

I trusted you 

and you turned your back

I was crying out in pain

then you walked away

the feelings of 

emptiness and

sadness 

Collide into one and

kills you inside

no one will ever get it

no matter how hard you think they will

they won't 

because everyone is different

we all have different pain

Time, is all it takes to heal a wound. Very interesting choice of topic, though there are few things I would tweak. For instance, as with what Cynthia said, I agree that detailed imagery would improve this poem vastly (but seeing as it already great, there isn't much to improve though :p ). Also you might want to try redoing a few of your line breaks. (I.E. the feelings of/ emptiness and/ sadness) Think of a line break as pause, thus whenever you feel you need to pause in the poem, put a line brake. Other than that fantastic job :-)

I think you did a good job :) You've given out a lot of description to describe the pain and such. The only thing is that, you may add more. Add more details to the feeling of the pain, how heart breaking it is, how it tear your heart etc. Then the readers may feel more :)
