I made it for a change!

I made it for a change!

A Poem by Kuhr Gred
"

"I learned to step out from my comfort zone, when she left.." - Pauline Grace

"

When I was a little

No one wants to be my friend

Among those things

I didn’t feel being free

I became eccentric

And lived alone in the dark place

I’m searching for them

But they made my world ruined!

I thought they’re true

No! They’re only imitation

I feel rejected every time

When I saw happy children playing

In my new life chapter,

I became high school student

And I didn’t socialize to others

Because for me, It is useless!

Due to have a social phobia

I didn’t speak any words

I didn’t even laughed at jokes

Or join them in their free times

Instead, I  looked at the window

Praying to find my true happiness

I didn’t stop believing

Until, I met my first bestfriend!

In that moment!

I feel so satisfied!

But, when I was in 3rd year

Everything is change

My most terrible year!!

I didn’t feel happy that time

I’m just like a broken glass

Can’t find my pieces again

My heart rebel for freedom

And I almost want to give up

But one day! I saw a young lady

Standing at the window

Looking for someone

I came closer and closer

Until, I met her!

She gave me a sweet smile

That made me blush

I replied her with a smile

Sign as being acquaintance

I became more inspired

And pursue to know her more

So, When I became 4th year

The happiest and memorable year

I decided to went out in my section

And lived with first section students

I began to puzzle every minute

Because I thought, they don’t like me

But I realize,

There’re the one can changed me

We share cherish thoughts

We made a history everyday!

They teach me something new

And we love each other has family!

We made a promise

“ To be always connected..

Whatever happens..”

That I hope it will never broken!

Even I made big mistakes

I made it for a change

To make a scenery to the

Endless future

I still, Thank to God

For gave me a special friends

I will treasured them in my heart

Forever!

It's hard finding great friends so when you found one, just grab it and take care of your relationship with him/her...Especially now, we're about to enter the college world, it will make so much disparity again! A new chapter, new beginning, another day to stare at space with your mind flying away. Err, being so isolated during the very first days, isn't it? Anyway, I like this poem. True to life much! Good job!

i like the way you put your own life story in a poem.
it is brilliant with simplicity.
no man is an island..
just be yourself and true to others.. even there are people that don't like you.. still, there are people who will accept you for what and who you really are.

great poem.. keep writing! :D

I like the story and the logic of the poem. We learn wisdom when other people opinions don't matter. Real friends will like us for who we are. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Firstly: This is a very touching story and I enjoyed it greatly. Secondly: Length does sooo not matter when trying to send a message or are just telling your story :) I really enjoyed meeting these people from that small description on how they changed your life...wonderful...good for you and them :)
