The Ms. who Missed Mr. Mystery

The Ms. who Missed Mr. Mystery

A Poem by sinNsincerity

You're a beautiful butterfly

While,

I'm everything but free.

Please!

Ms...?

I love you like a second.

Miss-Stress.

No mistrust.

Do you believe in us?

I'm so stressed,

But all that can all go away

In a second.

Do you have one?

Because I have an abundance for you.

No interview.

It's quite interesting,

Rather yet,

Intriguing.

More like a mystery...

Mr.-ry..?

No need for history

'Cause we have great chemistry.

I'm an alchemist when it comes

To the development of poetry.

Turning nothing into something.

So watch your step

When you travel across my step-less chest.

Dive in.

Please chime in

Before I have to

Die

&

Resurrect

Again...

Amen!

Your word play and twisting ideas reminds me of another author.. and it isn't coming to me who! It's so unhelpful to say, but I have an image in my head of a story s/he wrote but can't recall the full story or the author... I hope of think of them so I can let you know.

Anyway, it's a really interesting and fresh style. Fun to read but not playful- serious without being serious.

"I don't like to read too much."

Does that mean you don't read much.

Always amazes me how you can play on words like that and keep such a rad flow

interesting and fun .. word associations and play make a delightful read tho there is a very serious message ... love and lust do paint their own boundaries ... we simply fail to recognize it at times eh!? the sadness of your speaker comes through in a subtle tone for me ... experiences that still have left an empty and lost place in the heart ... we must resurrect to find ...i like the closing .... Amen! ;)

This strikes me as more of a rap, but some would say raps are urban poetry set to a beat. I love the flow and words. This is very fresh and hip (do the kids say hip anymore?), you cant help but feel the rhythm and pace of the piece.

You are welcome.
Wow, how skilfully you juggle with words and connect ideas in here, such a pleasurable read. Was like you were rapping it, some great lyrics. Deliciously witty, absolutely loved it.
