Sail to The Moon

Sail to The Moon

A Poem by Sujash I. Purna

Times we lived in hiding ourselves

Times we lived like lazy elves

Who know tricks but hardly use

For the fear of making abuse

But thus shall we live our days

Or put behind our strait-laces?

And embark on the thing in vogue

That has and perhaps will make us good blokes

Then my friend, we will soon

Be daring to sail to the moon!

My Dear Writing Friend Sujash,
I found this poem magical. It brought back memories of my younger days with friends, our dreams, and our plans that seemed to almost defy gravity as everything seemed possible. An excellent write.

So romantic. I adore things with sweet and wonderful words. And if only we could sail to the moon, I bet it would be beautiful to gaze down back at the earth.

How spine tingling and positive, a well written prose to light and pick up an otherwise dull day, well done my friend.
