Spring Snow

Spring Snow

A Poem by Sunshine Kid

Cover her
In your
Spring Snow.
Teach her to
Lie down
Without a
Thought
Wonder
Fear
Feeling
Craving.
Fill her with
Your
Beauteous confusion.
Let yourself
Wash over her
With affection so cruel
That her tears turn to
Snow flakes.
Cover her
Green grass
With killer freeze
And watch her
Smile
Knowing she’s
Safe
In your
Spring Snow.
Wrap her up
And never
Let go.
A blanket of
Cold infatuation
Let’s her breathe
Sharp air
As icicles stick
To
Her
Hair.
Brush her check
And feel the
Damp
Frozen
Warmth
You gave to her.
Your gift.
Your Spring Snow.
