Diwali Night

The street shines .
With many candle lights.
The fire crackers.
Lighten this Diwali night.

Children are playing.
And eating many sweets.
People are enjoying.
And crackling fireworks in the streets.

The sky is enlighten.
With the lanterns like fire flies.
Diyas are lighting.
Removing darkness from our lives.

With full of joy.
And full of happiness.
Wishing you .

I really love this. This is the poster child for SHOW don't tell -- the first rule of good writing. Instead of explaining to us what Diwali is, you SHOW us what it is. That's perfect.
