This is for anyone who can see.

Do you know? 

Can you feel? 

What I hide, and conseal,

 Have you felt or do you see,

 Through my wall, my hurt to be,

 Shattered...

 How are you is what I ask,

 Fine they say as they bask,

 In the happy I don't have,

 But how am I? A warm sunny beach,

 You can't see the lies I preach

 Or Can You... 

If you do you must tell me,

 Tell me how much you can see,

 Tell me how i'm not alone,

 While I stand here on my own,

 Broken...

I like how you just let it all out. We live such casual lives, passing one another, asking "how do you do?" not really wanting to know.
None of us knows what goes on inside another person's head.
No matter how hard you try, you'll never find anyone who understands you completely, you can only come close.
Broken on the inside, but nobody knows.
