Im sick

My own thoughts on my eating disorder

Im so tired

Of never feeling good

Im so tired

Of trying hide beneath this hood.

 

Im trying to get

Over this illness

Iside my head

Im trying to get

Over this sickness

Racking my body with pain

 

Im sick of

Never eating

And never feeling right.

Im sick of

Never hiding this beating

And never taking a bite

 

In the end

Im sinking

Slowly to my horrible end

In the end

Im stinking

Because of this stupid trend

 

But I guess

I'll die happy

Becuase I'll die skinny

And when I'm all sappy

Then you'll know its true.

yes, i've heard eating disorders can be really hard to overcome, but it CAN be overcome. kill the disorder. don't let it kill you.

Very sad feel to this poem. It has good flow and the rhyme is done well.
Do try to be consistent though. You've got "I'll" but "Im".

Oh cool. LOL. This poem is funny although the emotion supposed to be conveyed here is like sadness. A problem really makes a good poem. This has such a strong meaning especially to those who really suffer from eating disorders. Hey, while you eat less, I eat a lot. LOL. And it's a problem for me. I'm not even fat, though.

Just remember that you arent alone because ALOT of people have eating disorders. You'll overcome it one day. I speak from experience.
