Griffin

Tabitha looked at me with her peircing eyes. Her hazel eyes stood out in great contrast to her pale skin and black ensamble. They was not one the only splash of color anywhere on her body, except for the pink scar on her shoulder that her black tank top revealed.

"So Tabitha, what is that on your arm?" I asked.

         "It's nothing. Just a scar."

"Yes so i have noticed, but what from?" I asked.

"My brother tried to stab me. Are you happy?" I could tell that's a touchy subject.

"Not if it makes you unhappy." I said calmly. She smiled and blushed. Her fingers went to her hair and pushed it out from behind her ear, hiding her face.

"That's just a dark time for me. I'd rather not talk about if you don't mind."

I held my hands up in a surrender. "Do not worry. I will not." She smiled again.

I scooted across her bed to a box labeled "BOOKS". When I looked inside there were so many diffrent genres. From Shakespeare to Heather Graham. On top there was a certin book I enjoyed so much.

         "Romeo and Juliet?" I asked.

"My favorite even considering what happened in the end."

"I agree, I have read this many times over." I said. "It is so, what is the word, tragic that they died in the end, but they did it for love." She nodded again.

I opened it and read the first 3 pages. "It is sad that they cannot learn to get along. It would have been so much easier."

"Maybe and maybe not. If the Montagues had gotten along with the Caplets Juliet proboly would have been married off by now and so would Romeo, but not to each other."

I shrugged and continued to read. Tabitha sat on the bed next to me and started to read over my shoulder.

"Would you like to read the book?" I asked.

         "If you don't mind."

"Not at all." I handed the book over to her and she grabbed it. I got up and walked to the other boxes. "Would you like me to put these away for you?" I asked.

Tabitha put the book down and walked over to me. "Actually can you help me? Just put the things where you think they should go."

I nodded and started to put the books on the shelves and clothes in their rightful spots. I opened a box labeled, Tabitha's items and saw pictures. Tabitha rushed over and took the box.

"I'll put these away." She said. I nodded and sat on her bed again. I laid back and closed my eyes.

"Griffin?" She asked and I opened one eye. She had thrown all of the boxes into a corner and was holding a stuffed pig.

"How long was I out?" I asked rolling over, feeling the groggyness of my nap.

"About half an hour." she said. I nodded and sat up.

         "Did you finish?" I asked.

         "Yeah. It was pretty easy."

         "That is good." I yawned.

         "Here go back to sleep."

"Wake me if someone comes alright, love."

"Alright." Tabitha blushed and I fell into a deep sleep.
