Battled fiercely inside my heart

Orange skies breathed blue flames

Until the titans fell apart

Joy was smothered by fire and snow

And slowly melted into stone

Odes of misery sang in the cold

Until dreams of a broken love

Disappeared into the night

Euphoria once so close, seemed destined to die
