A fireball so vibrant and full of life

Buzzing throughout the day, silent by night

Once you were a stranger, then my lover, then a stranger

Until I lost a treasure I was never taught to cherish

Jaded knives sliced my soul

And empty darkness filled its holes

On your shoulder I laid my head, crying

Until you asked about my dreams

Darkened skies screamed silent screams

Eternal love for you you will never know
