Grey Clouds

Grey Clouds

A Poem by LyricistWannaB

All day inside
Hoping for the rain
Peaceful clouds of grey,
In their absence hazy pain
All day inside
Hazy grey clouds abound
An elusive calm
In the fearful fight,
Finally found

Then
The second day is sinking down
Peaceful clouds of grey

Force
Sunlight
Down
Rays
Pound the floor.
Heart racing
Panicked to the core
I can see!
Accept the sun, they say
Oh Lord
Why won't it just go away?!
Calm I seek in vein,
Grey clouds!
Please leave me hope for rain!
Or a rainbow
