I felt obvious a lady how he treated me

When I walked with him on the Champs-Élysées

The colors of the crowd were neutral,

But our love yet so hungry like the smell of fresh coffee

And the fresh baked  croissants across the street corners

It made our love more than vividly alive...

 

A glimpse of some street artists,

And accordion players with their delightful music

Made me relive the days of the past

I felt the romance in it’s pure forms, that night

As the cars drove too fast as we missed their slightly sight

Standing there with you underneath the Arc de Triomphe

 

Feeling your arms around me and your wondeful eyes,

Your dark hair as always dances in the wind

And your glimpse of love is the hottest of mankind

I can drown in the arms that are you filled with trust

The way you fulfill me is like a thousand summers long

The gift of handle my freedom, is rich in you my man, a must

I can never read of Paris without hearing the guitar solo of parissiene walkways, its why i love the place so much and keep going back. Wonderfully captured essence of the streets of Paris and i could almost smell rge coffee and boullangerie tempting my nostrils. Perfect.
