If I ruled the world

If I ruled the world

A Poem by Asher Khan
"

English homework. xD

"

If I ruled the world

"If I ruled the world,

My hands wrapped in gold,

I would use my power, to rid of all those who are uncontrolled,

Nourish those who lay unfed,

Give them, the finest of all bread,"

For it is my world", he said.

The man began,

Yet once again,

"For those who are corrupt, would be sentenced to death,

Their mistakes, punishment being their final breath,

Large sums of money shall be put into scientific research,

No more, shall there be disease or pain after my search."

"As for poverty, the man concluded,

"Do not worry, for it as well shall soon be secluded."

If I ruled the world.
