On the wind

On the wind

A Poem by andrew mitchell

On the wind.

Sometimes....
seeds of thoughts
travel precariously
with the wind
landing without reason.

.........you are right but i also think sometimes our thoughts travel knowingly for a certain purpose..there is just a way they come and fall in the right place,at the right time and you find your mind occupied....great poem. it got me thinking

They do indeed. This thought itself blew quite a ways on the wind. I wonder what those seed will grow into and scatter into the wind with now. Wouldn't it be good to follow the seeds we created and see their path?

Thank you Lorry for your kind words
"The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." John 3:8

i love the wind! and the serendipity inferred in your poem ... for those in need of answers and reasons a bit of frustration ..but those wild adventurers launch boats and set sail with great excitment .. like your minimal poem a lot this morning .. excites the mind and spirit :)
