A good piece for discussion....many mad men of importance have had charisma....in world history... and it can be bad well as good. And it can be hidden for quite a while as well. But when charisma is good, it is a wonderful trait to have. And it draws other people to you. There have been many charmers in Hollywood, but behind all that charisma is pain....so it can go either way, or be obscure for life.

Charisma can be a potent tool for leaders, both good and bad ones. People can be moved by charismatic leaders to achieve great things, but also to commit atrocities like the Holocaust. Thus we must be careful when we support politicians who exude charm.
